I didn't have high hopes for this set after hearing Elton do a soundcheck at Ashton gate last year, it sounded dreadful but I guess that's what soundchecks are for !!!

Not a big Elton John fan, but his catalogue of songs are as good as anybodys.

You don’t realise how many massive songs he’s had over the years. Fair play to him he seems to be loving it too

Honestly, this is basically Elton John's Greatest Hits and he's smashing it. Just like McCartney, Blondie, The Stones etc etc he's no longer in his 20s and at his peak but this show is MAGNIFICENT. And the crowd at the Pyramid Stage looks massive as well. They know they are seeing a legend.

I don't want to keep repeating it, but this is the last chance to see the original, authentic rock LEGENDS in the flesh. When it comes to being a wildman of rock, the likes of Elton John etc wrote the book whilst they pumped out classic after classic.
