Ohhhh only 18 days to go now. I can’t wait. I’m getting overexcited. :-)
My android has removed last seasons cards and added the new ones with no details added to them yet !Mine currently still in expired passes, like it was last season, can't remember at what point it automatically came across but it did. Guessing it will coincide with a date and opponent, ie Newcastle appearing on the blue ticket
It makes no difference if the correct fixture is showing or not as the access code doesn't change from match to match. It's a mobile version of a physical seasoncard so as long as it is showing as 2023-4 season and the correct seat information you are good to go.Some games last season they waited to within 24 hours of the game before updating the ticket - hopefully they won’t do that this season - unnecessary stress!
They are still glitching and mine has gone from Gold to Silver a few times but it shouldn't be a problem as your access code will be correct. Still plenty of time for it to settle down before the first game.Mines a Gold one but says Silver. No reply off @Mancityhelp

No luck with the problem so far but I’ll try again tomorrow.Same here mine was deleted and i’ve got nothing in my expired passes, but i’m getting an error saying forbidden max 2 passes issued remove 1

Don’t think it’s Apple mate, more City. After a couple of days back and forth with Fan Support over twitter they sent me a new link which seems to have worked, although I’ve no QR code like last year the ticket is now at least in my wallet!I’m getting the same message mate. Not yet. I'm trying to do the same.Does anyone know if you can transfer a ticket for the Newcastle match to friends and family yet? I had a look and could not work out if they now need to be "strongly linked" on the website.

Mines the same, updated to 23/24, no opponent and still in the expired part of walletMine says 23/24 but it's expired. But my lads has updated OK. I just need to tap him in and then wait outside at the moment.... Plenty of time yet
