Yep Mitoma or Enciso would be class. Other options I can think of include Son, Sancho, Bowen, Mbuemo, Kulusevski, March, or maybe Johnson. There aren't too many realistic options.

And no need to argue why or why not these guys aren't good enough. Save it. I'm just listing options.

If that was the case we would not be looking for wide players to bring in, Olise and Doku are far further up the career ladder than Cole, Bob or Mcatee, that's just fact and not looking down on our youth.

McAtee and Bob I am sure will stay and play minor parts, but Palmer has to be playing week in week out this

Yea he spent some time with us and Chelsea at academy level. Could only find this ,

"Olise was previously in Chelsea’s academy from 2009 to 2016, before moving to City, and then Reading where he rose to prominence."

I don't say this to reinforce my point, but Olise is clearly a good player, really good, and an ex-academy player. The academy players we have could be just as good, if not better, assuming we let him go because we believed he wasn't quite at our level.

Yes it would then be a defender and two midfielders both in and out with a much needed extra bit of creativity with a surprise midfielder (even with Bernardo staying)

Olise reminds me of a young robben. Every clip , highlight or shot , is Olise cutting inside and using his left foot , the exact way Robben used to. Either to create something for another player or to have a shot at goal. Hit the woodwork a few times doing that last season. Also you can see fullbacks struggle with him doing that, that left foot is lethal.

Cancelo if he stays

Not for me. He caused too much trouble and the team did benefit from Cancelo being out on loan. Pavard would be decent but I doubt the club is interested.

Finally in this transfer window I feel calm. We've done a great job on the gvardiol deal. Great price. Just what we need to rally the troops for the start of the season

Unnamed club bid more than 80m for Caicedo...not many clubs have that sort of money. Since it's unnamed it's not Chelsea, don't think United have the funds, Liverpool are looking to spend about half that on Lavia, Arsenal already went big on Rice. Could be a Saudi club? PSG? Or City...
