If true we were looking at him as a potential Bernado replacement before he must be highly rated. If a difference of 15m in valuation maybe that’s when Palmer or someone else can get used
 
We have kev, Bernie, foden, mcattee, bobb, kovacic all can or prefer to play centrally. We have one natural winger in the squad palmer who has barely any experience. Oh and grealish who plays left wing but isn’t really a winger. We need a bloody proper winger. Georgian lad would be the best as two footed and top class in my opinon. Would add a different dimension to our attack. Failing that sane Even though he’s very left footed.
 
We could go for Paqueta and Olise
Get rid of Phillips as part of the deal and end up will a relatively low spend
Plus I appreciate Olise is injured the Paqueta move will allow him time to recover and become useful in Winter when the amount of games ramp up

We don't play with proper wingers.Even Mahrez was a wing that came inside.

I think we could accommodate A top class winger like kvaratshelia who looks very comfortable on the ball. Pep has used wingers to great effect in the past as well. Not beyond the realms to evolve into playing one proper winger in the team instead of grealish or to replace mahrez. The mahrez who was a winger, the only senior one we had, and has just left.

Also Don’t see a winger coming in at all, especially a ‘pacey’ one, I’ve no idea where anyone gets the idea that’s what City would target, based on how we’ve setup last season.

Paqueta would be a class signing. Would point to Foden continuing out wide in the main. I didn’t think Foden would start centrally in the main as some said.

City midfield flows throughout games anyway, so Foden will get time in middle but I’d guess he’ll be used wide.

Mitoma has 2 years left and won’t sign a contract extension , he’s at his highest value right now. Brighton will sell if a good offer comes in
