It's not about criticizing about his footballing skills anymore, it's becoming obsession. Some of them even have personal hatred against the guy they don't know very well.

Mahrez was one of the most technical and gifted players ever seen in the PL.

In fact I would say he is probably one of the most underrated.

His assist, goal and title numbers are stunning, take a look.

If Palmer get half of his stats he will have a great career and in my humble it's a big IF
 
Its not hatred regarding Phillips .
Its a player that up to now is not making any progress in making Pg sit up & take notice .
He would be better suited to a team like Newcastle ,breaking up play ,nasty challenges & giving the ball to creative teammates.

No I'm suggesting not getting into our team doesn't make a player shit. Also suggesting the fact we bought him in the first place means he's a decent player because Pep and Txiki aren't idiots.

If Philips going to move and Paqueta in, he will be the new FFS next season.

There's will always be the player in the club that need to be single out as the most piece of shit for some of our fans in the internet.

I tend to agree about Paqueta being singled out if he comes, as you say.

fair enough, I am not saying they are idiots but I am saying they are human and made a mistake when buying him the same goes for Sergio Gomez.

It’s a player who was injured for the most of his first season, a season where many (Rodri included) look off pace in pep teams. I’m reserving judgement til the end of the season. He won’t need fans on his back that’s for sure.

I agree on the technically gifted player bit...Ive never seen anyone with a better first touch.
However for me Mahrez was inconsistent in the level of his performance...whether that was due to motivation or whatever he just was...he disappeared quite often when we were up against it (esp in the prem league) and for me that was an issue... No matter how we were playing David Silva, Gundo and various others never hid or hide.....Mahrez did and thats why for me he is not in the same bracket as those others mentioned.
