I assume it will be Walker, Akanji and Ake at the back with Lewis moving up alongside Rodri, Foden left and Bernardo right but many possible permutations in that team.

I wonder if Pep looked at the Community shield game vs Arsenal and was concerned about the lack of creativity if KDB aint there and he starts both Kovacic and Rodri.....It showed how much we can over rely on KDB at times and maybe he is seeing if either Foden or Bernardo can start more centrally...

Id like to see it with Alvarez playing higher up (and wide) and Bernardo or Foden playing more centrally to add the passing between the lines and link up play in that central area
