They have 30 players with a squad number and 4 without(Lukaku, Hudson Adoi, Sarr and Ziyech). 1 players looks like leaving currently(Lewis Hall) and they want rid of Gallagher and Matsen so they'll have 27 players..plus anymore they bring in.

We have 27 with 3 on the out(Cancelo, Laporte and Steffen) so 24
