This was his season highlights for Wolves last year.

His best work seems to be done in the defensive and middle third (though that might be because of the way wolves play). He also has some similar traits of Kovasic especially his running with the ball. Noteable that this seems to eb the type of player we are targeting (think Bellingham, Rice and now this lad) -all good at running with the ball from deeper positions - so is Kovacic and now we have one of Europes most successful dribblers of the ball as well in Doku...

He also gets stuck in in the defensive third which is great to see

Granted I'm being a bit silly and putting a lot of faith in what my Wolves mate has told me about him,

But he seems a bit too much of a 'project' to me and in an ideal world I'd rather have gone after someone with a few more goals in them.

I watch them every game there on TV and go to at least one match per season. I live a few miles from the ground and my son’s a season ticket holder. I’ve lived here since the late eighties and I’m married into a Wolves supporting family so they’re my second team.

I saw him play quite a lot last season. In short bursts he looks quality but I’m surprised City are going for him. I would have preferred us to go for a midfielder with more attacking threat in terms of goals and assist. Perhaps Pep can see that in him ?

Personally I have not seen that much of him

A lot of Wolves fans I know think that he will be sold but the money won’t be invested back into the club. I can understand how that would piss them off.

I think he is too good for Wolves and I’m sure he’ll look better playing for us. I would have preferred us to invest the money in a playmaker or more attack minded midfielder. We don’t know what Pep has in mind for him though.
