I was going to say, we need to score two or three more to kill off the whinging. But we all know that wouldn't be that case. It would then be, "well; the Ake goal changed the course of the game, and it came at a crucial time".

Be prepared for a whingefest over the next few days.

Similar to the Rashford offside. Akanji attempting to flick the ball means their keeper doesn’t know where to dive, same as Ederson at OT.

Ah well, take it and move on!

To be honest, I think it's great that we're getting decisions that in the past only the red shirt cunts would get!

Sometimes you get them sometimes you don't, just shows VAR is a lottery. On another day it gets disallowed and the same arguments stand.

Silva is a bag of whinge though.

I think I’d make a few changes to get Phil in the middle more. He’s not ideal there but I think put Walker high and wide again like recent matches, allowing Phil to be in the centre and also meaning Akanji is part of the back 3 and not a midfield imposter. Then get Bernardo on for Alvarez.

I'd like to see Doku comming off part way through the 2nd half. No need to destroy his confidence. But we're a little at 6s and 7s with our passing and Walker doesnt know where to run, sometimes anyway.

foden in the middle too.

And Stones injury to be fixed now, at half time, and replace Akanji.
