No more Kovacic playing high with Foden wide, absolutely the wrong tactic, glad we changed it.

Kalvin has a contract we’ve signed with him and he’s going to give it his all everytime he pulls on the city-shirt. No reason to moan about his ambition and it’s nice seeing the support in the stadium.

Indeed. I am not a fan of his but we must try to back the guy as much as possible when he gets on the pitch.

Haaland is fantastic.
Foden is such a lovely footballer

Not a great 1st half, very slow and laboured.

Doku looked very nervous which is understandable. Phillips got a game and Gomes looks good on the left.

Need to improve after the international break or we will get caught out.

Overall another great result.

I can't understand why we keep making these two bob teams look quite good during the first half of games.

As soon as we slip into second gear, it's game over.

Credit to Gomez for his superb assist, and Kalvin for showing signs of a breakthrough.

Play below par, win 5-1. Something tells me that the rest of the PL may already be thinking about 24/25 season.

A reminder that BM is just a small sample of people who support City so not representative of the whole. But point being, yes it was class to see Blues stand up for an underdog. Its truly in our nature and even ive forgotten that at times. God knows we were just that for a generation. Less we not forget.

Haaland Haalanding. Did fuck all in general play but stuck a belting hat trick away. Incredible.

Doku looking like every other winger has early doors - like he had absolutely no idea what the role is or what the system is. Bless him. It’ll come.

Gomez looked the part when he came on. Sharp and at it.

Good to see Phillips get on and look confident.

5-1 when nowhere near at it.

Doku had a good debut. That interlink between him and alvarez in second half was fantastic and really killed fulham defenders . Great understanding in just few days together .
Alvarez linking with haaland was fantastic.
Kova dropping deep in second half suits his style and effective . Impressed with bobb even for few minutes.
