I did read it, you can buy 5 players for 30 million if you want, won't replace Salah's impact. Top 5 players in the world are irreplaceable. 2 or 3 more years of Salah are worth more to Liverpool in my opinion. He's dragged them from mediocrity to one of the best teams in Europe and been the biggest thorn in our arse in the League.

Not only mourinho though was it? Roma and Fiorentina loaned him, not big money moves, not really in the bracket of Benzema etc... Klopp plucked him out of obscurity and then he became famous because he plays and wins for lfc. That's the impression i got anyway.

He was of course the record transfer out of Roma at the time, and Liverpool's record purchase. Roma had finished 3rd and 2nd in his two seasons, and he was their player of the year in the first one.

Nobody, but he's 32 nearly. They could probably go for Kravatskhelia in January and buy 2 top quality centre backs, as well as a number 6.

They are better than the other sides without Salah with their new midfielders. That Hungarian lad is twice the player Rice is.

roma loaned him and bought him. He did good numbers in both seasons. Liverpool then paid a record fee for him. He was always seriously good. Chelsea sold salah (15m), de bruyne (18m) and musiala (200k)

To be fair mate we haven't anywhere clicked yet and we are top of the tree with maximum points. That scouse defence looks iffy imho.

They have improved the midfield significantly, and McAllister and Sblozai are goal threats. They would challenge despite their poor defense. I wish we would have gone for McAllister/Sbolzai instead of Nunes.
