Doku and Grealish are fascinating insofar as whenever one of them plays I always think we are missing what the other one brings.

Play them both. Take Alvarez off, put Jack in the middle and push Phil to the right flank.
At least Jack will keep hold of the ball in the final third. Phil and Alvarez are just getting in each others way.
