Good grief. Science Secretary Michelle Donelan "We've got the best deal on Horizon..." - apart from the one we had.
 
Just scrolled up the news channel and found Mogg interviewing Michael Crick. Crick was so cleaver he kept giving answers that were question too and he kept leading Mogg up blind alleys where he was uncomfortable and squirming trying to get back onto firmer ground - needless to say he ended the interview early

We need more churnalists to learn from old stages like Crick.
 
and there you have it - the London end will be completed - I so agree with Andy Burnham - had they started at Manchester and Leeds none of this would have been an issue
