I did mention my view that if Pep leaves, Ange should take you over. He’s fucking outstanding. The way you want to play is the way he does too. All depends on how it goes but I believe in him. Still gutted he left, but he had to take the offer. Im away to have a little sob or two.

I have an extraordinary gift. I can look in the store cupboard and fail to find salt, pickles, flour, just about everything. Luckily I have a wife for that sort of menial task.

Or maybe better with Maddison. Could've worked out well with him and Kane, who knows.

Either way, they're looking pretty decent at the moment and seem to have a good mentality to grind out a win.

That said, looking at the squad, I think they're gonna need the likes of Maddison and Son to stay in good form over the course of the season and not pick up any serious injuries. I don't think they have much depth in quality in the sense I think there's quite a drop off in quality if the likes of those two aren't available.

Can't see why they can't challenge for top 4 though.

I think postecoglou has a good chance of being our next manager.
Premier league experience
Plays good football
Won trophies - albeit in much smaller leagues
Was at a CFG club

I like Ange - he is a fat fucker but doesn't care unlike some - if he was managing 40 years ago he'd wear a Fedora and a sheepskin coat whilst smoking a big fat cigar. Oh and not afraid to be photographed drinking champagne with two "dolly birds " either side of him lol

He would definitely help us fill the stadium, No more Emptyhad jibes if we got him
