When some on here blow smoke up Gvardiol's arse... What do they base it on, genuinely? Is it his Football manager legendary status?

I know he's only 21 and not really a LB, and I'll probably be on my own...but I just don't see the hype some do!
I said similar from the start.
I remember before we bought him saying is this the player that we absolutely roasted in two games last year.

It’s his first season, so let’s give him time but I worry about him as a defender. I would much rather Ake there. He has natural instincts as a defender.

FFS Sky are still going on about the penalty. It was definitely a pen - you cannot grab a striker like that.

Utterly pathetic, biased rubbish especially when they gloss over the holding for the Chav's equaliser.

I don’t think anyone has been to dramatic. Taking Alvarez off and bringing on say grealish seems pretty sensible to me.
How many posts have you read today mate? lol. There's been some pearlers
Also, you don't take a player as good as Alverez off at h/t because he's been quiet. You work out how to get him involved which I'm sure Pep will. Just my opinion though bud

Have you noticed when a team has chance to beat us we suddenly become 'the very best' they usually never try to mention that fact lol

Fucking tossers

I think some fans need to accept if we’re going to keep Alvarez long term alongside Haaland then it’s going to involve playing them together even in some games when it’s not perfect.
Anyone can be subbed if they're not at it in any particular game - and Alvarez has been invisible so far.

Sky are trying to make a case for a foul by Doku in the build up to our pen but tgere hasn’t been a single word about two possible fouls by Chelsea before their first goal
