International Matches | 15th - 22nd November 2023

Sorry you’re talking crap there. They were nowhere near as defensive as 99% of teams we face.

They were completely camped in their own half. They had 25% of possession and zero shots on target. I still thought they were spirited and showed some nice passing to get out some tight spots. But yeh, they posed zero threat all match.

Bollocks. Watch it back, they had two forwards in our half for most of the first half.

Sorry, which team are you talking about here? Oh, 25% possession, must mean Malta, as the Waistcoat genius had his team manage higher stats.

City play teams who set out to keep the scoreline down every week.....and sometimes it is pretty!

Sometimes is the key word.
England usually win 4/5/6-0 against these types of teams, sometimes they don’t.
Think we beat these 4-0 last time.

To me I’m not fussed. Comfortable win will always do me.

You were happy with England tonight?

I’m always pleased with an England win.
Would I prefer blistering football and a 8-0 win, yes. But international football is rarely like that for even likes of Brazil other top nations. It’s always a bit slower as players aren’t used to playing with each other week in week out.
2-0 comfortable win will do.
