I actually want every player called up for England to do well, City or no City, but how on earth yesterday performance by Trent in the MF, and for that matter anywhere else on the pitch, could by mentioned in any positive light is beyond me. Foden and Kane to some extent had some good moments, but realistically the whole team and tactics were the abomination of football management. To start Malta at home with Gallagher and Henderson is sackable offence in itself. I didn't listen to tS, but heard that even Pearce went full force against his mate.
