I expected them to drop off this season with mid week European football but they haven't so have to admit they are certainly a strong outfit.

Always liked him as a player, as I did Zinchenko, but there’s no doubt they have turned into a right pair of dicks since they joined Arsenal. No surprise though, given the way the Manager behaves.

Not too many would deny that. They're a very good footballing side. Not sure about their mentality when the pressure is on, though. I see Liverpool as more of a threat to us this season, though.

Even though we’ve not been at our absolute best if we can beat Spursy and Villa we’ll be in a great position considering the run of games we’ve just had.

They are. The big question is do they have the mental fortitude to keep going when the pressure is on. They could, and probably should, have won the Prem last season but they fell apart when it mattered. We arent playing our best this season but are still closer to them now than we were this time last year.

I think their ex-player Ljunberg summed it up pretty well when he said Arsenal need a ten point lead over us by the end of December.

Liverpool are also a big threat if any team who knows how to take it down to the wire it's them.

If we don't beat Spurs with all their injuries we'll never beat them. Having said that i thought they were better than Villa although they lost the game. Hopefully we don't see the horror show of Tuesday's first half again this season.

I still get the shivers thinking about the game last season. We were absolutely awful in the first half and I think it was the only time watching City that I was seriously thinking about leaving at half time. Thank goodness I didnt. I don’t need a repeat tomorrow please.
