Premier League Games 9/10 Dec '23

When they (Aston Vile) relegated Newcastle on the last day in 2009 they celebrated for literally no other reason other than to be cunts, especially with their "Sob on the Tyne" banners that their supporters actually spent all that time in their houses making.

No preexisting rivalry to justify their nonsense.

Their fans have convinced themselves that everyone is jealous of them because of a European Cup they won 40 odd years ago, which ties in with the fact they think they’re a massive club. Delusional all round.

TWATS, enjoy your eventual fall from grace. Even if you "Do a Leicester", you'll soon go down.

Absolutely!

Just seen Madley's performance on MOTD; fucking disgraceful. If a dipper had committed either of those fouls that he gave Ayew yellow cards for, he wouldn't even have penalised them!
Ayew even moved out the way so it didn't even hit him haha. Villa arsenal game had exact same scenario and the ref just told the player to step back. Its shocking how much the refs are taking over games and how obsessed people have become with getting players sent off. They are there to keep things fair and balanced. The rule book should only be enforced when it's genuinely dangerous, cheating ( deliberate hand ball, stopping counter attack ) or if a singular player has totted up 3/4/5 incidents of petty fouls/wasting time etc. Can't stand when someone gets booked for one of the petty incidents unless it has been a collection of them

Prince William's love of the Vile is so random it's annoying. He was interviewed on BBC before the 2020 Cup final and the interviewer mentioned to him them staying up. He was all smug about it, although it was because at Bournemouth's expense of a computer failing.

I would love to see them fall from grace this season and then go down the next just to piss him off. I bet because he's head of the FA, has an influence on referee decisions in their games, all by way of bribes we paid for as taxpayers.

Aston is a dump with a university in it, nothing else let alone a joke of a football ground that sells pies that are supposed to be Balti, a Brummie curry like the pathetically hot Phall.

Fuck Aston Villa, fuck their joke of a square shaped ground, fuck their joke pies, fuck Emery and fuck their overrated team with a striker who shares the same surname as a kiddie-fiddling singer. Ollie Watkins, enough said, if I was him I'd apply for a Deed Poll.

I get the feeling that you're not keen on "vile".

Zinchenko booked for pulling a villa player back close to half way line
1 minute later same Villa player pulls back Zinchenko in the exact same place. No yellow card.

Havertz pulls back a player just outside the box. No card
Just no consistency.

Ayew sent off for 2 petty offences

But how many players get sent off against us? The only red I can remember versus us was an injury time 2 footer for Burnley.

Just seen the ayew yellows. Wtf is going on.

1st one stood infront of a free kick. Someone did the same in the villa match.

2nd an innocuous challenge on half way.
You'd think they would show some respect.
Its not so long ago that his father was one of the best players in the world and won African player of the year

Very few players get sent off for us or against us.
Any that do seem to be for 2 silly yellow cards.
Straight red this year for Rodri, for being a dick and giving the ref no choice.

Did I say that? No.

What I said, which you keep ignoring, is that each case should taken on its own merit. If, like what happened to that player, he's tripped and the ball ricochets off him as he's finding his balance, it's stupid to find that handball. Ergo, he hasn't scored WITH his hand or knocked it into convenient space as he wasn't in control.
I dont mind it black and white. Make it subjective and its open to interpretation which with these refs is asking for a shit show.

We’d be playing teams with 7 players each week if they got sent off for what Ayew did.

Then make all handball situations handball and not have nuances for attack and defence. None of this "hands down by his side" nonsense.

It hit the hand or it didn't. A tackle is fair or it isn't wherever on the park. So, it's not black and white, is it, the way it is?!

That's my point.

Not Convinced by Liverpool or Arsenal to be honest.

But then not convinced by us at the minute, so who knows! I am confident that if we’re within striking distance we’ll pull it off
