A loss here could be curtains for newcastles top 4 hopes, assuming the top 3 are nailed on, villa having a 9 point lead and being in great form, spurs moving 4 points ahead who will only improve once their injury list clears as well. Unless they get knocked out of Europe entirely, I can't see them getting top 4 again.
