It's not a good advertisement for the new tournament is it?

The underdogs of the world playing the super teams of Europe sounds like a nice idea for a competition. But it's going to get old very quickly if all the non European teams put 11 men behind the ball when they're playing a Champions League level team.

Think its been fine over all. They're defending deep and making it as difficult as possible.

Its hot and humid down there and the team is using the match like a preseason game which is the best thing to do.
We’ve done the hard part getting men around their area but then we just fanny around with it . For excitement it’s on a par with international basket weaving .

Bailing out. This thread is beyond depressing and in parts, ridiculous. People don’t seem to realise what this game is, who the oppo is or the conditions.

Enjoy the game those who can.
If this was a one-off I'd get what you're saying but City have been struggling like this for months now. Pissing away points in the PL and falling behind to shit teams in the CL isn't where this team should be right now.

What are the chances City sign somebody who can learn to play in their system quick enough for it to matter?
We would need to get lucky. We buy good players but none that really stand out. Talking more midfielders.

Very good performance by us, full control, people are zero perspective, you cannot do much better than this. We had several chances and half chances. They created zero danger like at all. They are no shit, they strong team, one of the best in Japan and Asia. And its a final. Some hear acts like you not being 4:0 at the half time is disgrace. Few underperformers in reference to a potential, yes, but generally proper performance.
