I guarantee Trump has negative net worth because I guarantee his asset values are overstated uniformly and he’s levered to the hilt using the inflated valuations as collateral . . . and now here come the new (real-time, cash) liabilities.

If he lives long enough, a personal bankruptcy filing is a certainty.

True, though there was that one country which inexorably altered their economy permanently for the worse because they were afraid of brown people based on a 15-word referendum some time ago, but I can’t recall which one it was.

That should have been the end of any political ambitions that Trump had. Russia had their hooks in financially (and potentially had other means of influence over them him if you take the Steele Report at face value).

My theory is that Trump has evaded Mafia influence in New York and Florida because of Russian Mafia connections linked to the highest levels of the Russian government. If that's true, then Trump is, and has been for a very long time a Russian asset.

I'm not sure which is worse, the huge cult of personality revolving around an incompetent unhinged demagogue that you have or the supine acceptance of the revolving door of malignant imbeciles that we have. At least your problem isn't actually in power, albeit he seeks to undermine your democracy every time he opens his mouth.

I think that is very true of his position from a few years back but his base must have stumped up several hundred million over the last few years.

Obviously a lot will be tied up in campaign/pac funds but the system is not watertight. I would be entirely un shocked if millions had ended up in offshore accounts via fraudulent means.

Unpicking his finances will take more years than he has left.

One thing that does worry me is the fact that if he is:

1. When did the US security services find out?

2. What are they doing to prevent him getting reelected?

I know it's a huge coup for Russia, but it's (currently) in the interest of both parties to keep it a secret.
