That's why I said I love us. I didn't complain, I just said its bad for your health. Cos we are deranged. I'm fine. I'm relaxed. Our supporters are bonkers. As I am.
 
Got to sort things out at the back and somehow get some defensive control back.
All over the place at times and were doing their best to fuck it up at 2-1.
Out of the back 5 including Ederson, 4 were poor with only Walker looking convincing.
Attacking wise we were excellent and how great it is to see Kev strong and back.
Foden and Alverez also fantastic.
 
I thought we were fucking fantastic..they scored from a big hoof from the keeper and only caused a few problems with high balls into the box.
Our play was exceptional and Phil was on fire..what a great hat trick.
Nice to see Kev clicking into gear nicely..
Maupay is one moaning whining little bitch who needs a good slap.

The number of goals we are conceding is a bit of a concern - 25 already this season. In the last few seasons we have been tighter defensively. Goals conceded in previous seasons under Pep.

Yess but could of had 10 goals so we wasent bad
 
It looked as though it was going to be a Spurs-esque smash and grab by them but that goal just before half-time was massive. If they made it into half-time 1-0 and making 10 saves they would have thought they were invincible and that we were never going to score and likely kept us out second half.

Phil Foden take a bow. I will await the explanation for the celebration....
 
Wonderful how we managed to craft a win in a difficult away fixture. Superb performance from Phil and minutes in the legs for Kev and Erling.
Five on the spin. Come on !

Great team performance, never panicked, trusted the process, showed great mental strength and eventually passed em to death. That’s what years and years of peerless coaching produces.

You have to give hatrick hero Phil motm but for me Kyle was exceptional tonight, led by example and kept his emotions in check when that little rat Maupay said something untoward.

Special mention also to Alvarez, not everything he touched turned to gold but boy did he work hard and take up some intelligent positions and he was unlucky not to bag a goal

He’s only 8 months away from getting a full game.
 
Amazing performance overall, slight lack of concentration for their goal in the first goal but we really turned it on at the end of the first half and then went up another gear for the majority of the second half to play them out the game.
 
Don't under estimate the assist for the second, decisive goal - Kev gives us so many chances to win in difficult moments.

Great result at a difficult ground - 9 on the spin at the right time of the year. Phil gets better and better.
