Someone mentioned elsewhere that he's a 7.5 every game.
Slightly let himself down for the goal tonight, but still a solid performance. Wouldn't swap him for any other defender of his type in the league

Good solid professional job and great recovery after a scare. We've certaibky playrd a lot better but we're at the stage where it's just get the win and move on and we did that in the end comfortably so happy days.

Formation didn't really work as it was probably intended imo but pep changes that for every opponent anyway. One thing we do need to fix though is our defensive solidity. We're simply not defending with enough numbers and cover. Better sides will punish us severely and It will continue to cost us goals and likely cost us dearly come the end of the season if we don't rectify it, that should be the priority for pep right now.

Good minutes for returning players, keep the momentum going, beat everton weekend and get ourselves top of the table and see whether the dippers crumble once more.

Why was it fine? His tone. He knew what he was doing. I had no idea at 50 odd a direct kick from a keeper can’t be offside. There’s no reason why a kid playing upfront would. A kid who is just all about playing footie up top.

Very professional performance,Foden is excelling this season,his goal scoring record has meant we haven’t missed Haaland as much as we might have done.

Not missed Erling at all and we've played better,fluid football.

Good to have the options, though IMO he's currently not an automatic starter !!
