City bus scheme for home games - bus tracking (P91)

That's the first thing I thought of. Get to the bus stop, five in the queue and only one place. Would there be time to get an alternative? Rochdale seems to be way down the list of ST holders so I'd have to go to that fuckin' hell hole they call Oldham or get to Middleton! Still gonna be a car ride down to Blue Car Park.
I wonder if they’ll have staff managing the queues? Could be another reason why it’s more expensive than a normal bus ticket.

I've seen a few comments re the trams to Oldham/Shaw. What's the issue? Just general knobhead city or something more specific?
The trams at night on that line are a total knobhead lottery. I’ve seen numerous fights and anti-social behaviour on them.

One night, the tram driver refused to leave Derker station until a certain group alighted. They did eventually, whilst smashing 3 or 4 windows to show their disdain.

It can be fine, but it’s not a guarantee.

It would be better to be able to buy a ticket rather than first come first served, what happens if your not able to get on coach fucked I imagine.
Well I'm fucked living in Warrington
A Warrington bus would be great. We lost a minibus service this season after the OSC Chairman decided to sell it. If you're on the Lymm side or Warrington, they run a coach I believe.

They could still allow reservations for £0 if they wanted. I suppose the danger is that people reserve it and then don’t use it, even for full price seats too.

Personally I would still like to see shuttle buses to Central Park and Queens Road running for an hour after the game, maybe 2 hrs before ko. That covers Bury (QR line) and Rochdale, Oldham, Didsbury (all CP line) even Trafford Centre once/if it ever gets to its intended Crumpsall terminus. £1 each way?
A great idea. Everton do it to the Sandhills Merseyrail Station. After-match shuttle buses to Central Park and town (perhaps also to Ashbury's Station) would go a long way to resolving problems.

Sounds an excellent idea
