You can just tell after a few minutes this is going to be more difficult than it should. Another game where we won’t be winning 5-0.

I miss those days where we smashed everyone.

I predicted before the game it would be very difficult. And yet you just know if this shower were playing Arse, Rags, Dips those teams would be about 2 -0 up already....

The line up was wrong for me.

Pep said the 12:30 kick off is dangerous and that the players have to give the fans something to respond to. So he puts Akanji in midfield, ruining the cohesion, and no creativity either. Feels like we now have a 30 minute match as the first 60 before our subs are being written off.

As critical as we all are sometimes, Everton tactically have got this spot on so far. The more boring the game, the better for them.
