Don't particularly disagree. Both get given on other occasions though, which makes it a debate. The second in particular, where while unfortunate for the ball landing on his hand, he does then actually use his hand to guide the ball away. Which is enough to make it a penalty.

We'd have been fuming if that was given against us at the other end. It gets stuck in between a body of players, he's tried to free his arm a bit as he moves his body, players don't run like penguins. I think it was fair enough.

Haaland has won big games for us, but such poor finishing today when it was really needed.

Chelsea, in particular Gallagher, played very well in transition, because they sat in behind our midfield.

Dias and Akanji not my favorite combo, and against breakaway speed they look very vulnerable.

A draw was a fair result given the chances they had and fluffed and chances we fluffed, but such domination should result in a win.

Chelsea played their Cup Final this week, so Liverpool should have nothing to worry about at Wembley!!

On another day we’d have won that 3-1 with the chances we missed.

Sometimes a bump in the road is better long term as Haaland will be on a mission after this to rectify.

I think fundamentally it shows our first choice team and hopefully we can play with it for the rest of the season. With it we won’t be losing or drawing any games.

Frustrating. Didn’t get Rodders Kev or phil on the ball anything like enough. Phil wasted out wide. The ball out wide to doku became predictable and how palmer of all people nullified him was frustrating. One of palmer or sterling were always going to score today and we were strangely far too open in first half. Oh well. Grabbed a point. Ref poor but can’t really blame that. Had both chances to win on another day. Jog on. Poor weekend. Lots left.
