PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Who's the fella he grassed on as his inside man pretty low thing to do out someone who's been giving him info

He's dropped a bollock there he's not even getting a a bit of info off anyone now he'll be a pariah now and good

Yes, I actually went online after I had differences with him to read an article about her illness and death. It was awful and he was left with two young daughters to care for too. I truly feel for anybody who went through or is going through that.

I could see how it would affect somebody psychologically, often with them being unaware just how much. I'm not sure what the correlation is with the City hatred and obsession though, because that is what it is. It has gone beyond normal investigative journalism.
Harris is showing the classic signs of Bipolar Disorder.
He is swinging between extreme highs (manic) and extreme lows (depression)

Manic Stage
Feeling self-important, elated that he alone may have found new evidence that nails City
Easily irritated and agitated when Stefan schools him with facts and truth that completely undermine his credibility
Mood Swings - one day polite, admitting that he learnt loads, the next day spewing bile and lies trying to twist his stance in an argument he just lost
Making rash decisions / saying things that are so out of character and wide of the mark that others see them as risky and harmful - todays personal attacks on Stefan

Depression Stage
Sad, hopeless, irritable that his conspiracy theories are unravelling
Failing to concentrate and remember - mixing up his understanding of what CAS said, that the fine was actually 20m euros, failing to differentiate between negotiation / settlement and being fined
Feelings of guilt, despair and pessimism that City may actually be innocent
Self doubt that his crusade against City is failing badly and his opinions are being ridiculed
Delusional - hallucinations and disturbed illogical thinking

Bipolar Disorder is often caused by a stressful life event.
All the signs are there. Harris - please seek help.

This is true, but as I said after the headlining of the Talksport discussions: you sleep with dogs, you catch fleas. We all know what Talskport are about and we all know what Harris is about.
At least Stefan had the balls to step into the lions den and fight City's corner.

I don't think he's referring to you as a whistleblower, he's been throwing that around for a few years now.

A cyinic would say it lends credibility to his accusations without him ever having to produce evidence of the person existing.
Stefan has a rising profile and has put forward very credible points in the various social and conventional media platforms. A cynic might ask if any other parties might stand to gain from "encouraging" some of the claims and accusations that have been made ..... especially those which are aimed at questioning his knowledge and credibility ..... in other words are we hearing these accusations from the organ grinder or the monkey

If there was a whistle blower, we will have acted with the knowledge that they had one and plead guilty had they had any evidence. We haven’t done, which leads me to believe there isn’t one.

The email apparently was unearthed after CAS, but unless the PL can prove that our owner has directly paid Etihad’s sponsorship bill to us, then it proves nothing and Etihad don’t need to show their books to the committee. Again, if they had the evidence, we wouldn’t have plead not guilty. This again makes me believe that isn’t enough evidence to convict.

I could be wrong, but that’s my take.
I was certain that the email that you are referring to was discussed at CAS.

& yet unemployed. He’s created a whole persona as a Football Financial Investigative journalist, the best team in the world are facing 115 charges & he still is unable to get a job.

What a pathetic ****…..

Look at his website... on the masthead proudly claims 'Specialists Sports Website of the Year' ...that was 10 years ago in a category that has only ever had two winners and the SJA now list as Discontinued categories/on hiatus!

But that's worrying too... if the UEFA case hinged on the hacked information... If this email was 'unearthed' after the CAS ruling does that suggest the hacking was still going on?
For me, the questions shouldn't be being asked of City, but rather how can a major football club be allowed to be violated in this way, with seemingly no recourse?!?

There were thousands of documents that were hacked. Perhaps they were still being looked through?

The biggest question we should be asking ourselves is how we allowed ourselves to be hacked.

Once the information was made public, we were always likely to be asked questions about it.

So far, we’ve been able to defend every single charge thrown at us. I’m quite confident that that won’t change here.

No, Pinto had multiple hard drives full of stolen emails and documents (not just ourselves by a long stretch) that amounted to around 18.6 million items and that's just what he handed over to Der Spiegel. That little lot takes time to go through. It's possible that there may be further accusations based on random individual emails down the line I suppose.

Thousands you say :)

We were most probably hacked by someone clicking on a link in an email without enough thought first. It really can be that easy, one of our higher ups at work did the same thing.

For ever & ever ……
