Bad feeling about this game and that’s nothing to do with the 90+ mins of football more the team bus being attacked again and the media laughing it off as high jinks ..
Agree I think it’s despicable that our biggest concern is the players safety and not the match

You couldn't make this shit up could you, but Merseyside Keystone Kops have.

Police is working with Liverpool FC and Manchester City ahead of their Premier League match at Anfield this coming Sunday, 10 March, to ensure fans, players and staff of both clubs have a safe and enjoyable afternoon.

"Our policing style will be firm, fair and friendly, but officers will not tolerate any tragedy chanting, which became an offence under legislation last year.

(are they fucking serious, 'to work with us')

"While recognising that some supporters feel the use of pyrotechnics add to the atmosphere of the occasion, the use of flares and other pyrotechnics at and around football matches is a concern and is extremely dangerous and reckless practice, so we would supporters to work with us and refrain from using any pyrotechnics.

What they really mean is that they’ll ignore all the unlawful shit Liverpool do (including endangering players lives) and will imprison City fans for singing

Just posted on another thread, we have certainly got them rattled as they don’t do these bus welcomes to their biggest rivals Everton or the rags.

And what would he define Arnold's (fuck that Trent shite; that's a river in Nottingham) comments then, if not obsessed? "Liverpool hero"? He was there for two years. He was at Tranmere three times as long, Newport over twice as long and Oxford half as long again. Knobhead.
