Leicester charged by PL for failing PSR

The Leicester charge sounds like the worst of the lot so far. Not submitting audited accounts!!!!! that to me sounds like an extremely serious charge

We all know that but American owners happy to kill the hen that lays the golden eggs if they can't have all the golden eggs. Like all hedge funds once they've extracted all 5hey can will move on

Ah wait. Is this the 'loophole' they were talking about last week?
They believe they're not required to submit accounts to the PL because they're no longer in the PL, and not required to submit them to the EFL because they weren't in the EFL for the period the accounts cover?

Have read similar, different deadline dates for reports for different leagues

Exactly what I thought their punishment will be.
They will start their next season in the Premier League on -4 or -6 points.
Gary Lineker will be crying salty tears ,like Gazza did on that old Walkers Crisps advert.
