England v Brazil | Friendly | Match Thread

Pickford
Walker
Stones
Maguire
Shaw

Rice
Bellingham
Foden
Saka
Kane
Grealish

Maguire is debatable, Konsa is better but hasn't played much for England.

Gordon has a shout over Grealish cause he's been playing.

So 4 if you count Walker being off now.
I have never been more depressed reading a post.

Not a bad half but not great either, Brazil attack with fast fluid movement and we are lucky to be 0-0 at the break.

Bellingham has done alright but he hasnt been the best player on the pitch - think vinicius junior has done that in the 1st half

CH 4 trying to say it’s exciting lol. Worst Brazil team in some time who have lost their last 3 and are 6th in their World Cup qualifying group.
Waistcoat again shoehorning Foden into the team instead of building a team around him.

Imagine if Waistcoat allowed him and Phil to dominate the midfield?

It might be worth watching then.

It baffles me really, Phil and Bellingham in the middle with Rice behind and then build the rest around that... this is pretty much what everybody with two eyes would do... except for the one making the actual decisions.

Why do we entrust such a promising team with such a terrible manager? I haven't watched a single competitive game since the World Cup because I couldn't be fucked with Southgate fucking around, and this game is just reminding me why I haven't bothered.
