I dont see it like that. Its just we shouldn't underestimate them thats all. They're top for a reason. We all know that if we play well we will have too much for them but it won't be easy.I see the pessimists are determined to big up Arsenal as the best club side on the planet whilst we are lucky to be in the top 4.
The penny will drop one day…
Definitely won’t be easy. I just always look at it as we are the best team on the planet atm and don’t fear anybody.I dont see it like that. Its just we shouldn't underestimate them thats all. They're top for a reason. We all know that if we play well we will have too much for them but it won't be easy.
Love him as a player but let’s face it, he’s not the sharpest tool in the box of round things.
Any news on Ederson?
I agree, apparently Branthwaite is the next coming, so why not see if he can do it for England, in a friendly!!Waistcoat doesn't have a clue. If he doesn't have any other options than John (and we have seen he is unlikely to play 2 games in a week) why isn't he playing Branthwaite, Konsa and Dunk together, because he will need them at the next tournament. Maguire is fragile too. John shouldn't have even been in the squad, same with Kyle.
If he doesn't know enough about them by now, he never will. I swear he'd play John Terry if he could get into his shorts.
John Terry can get into any ones shortsIf he doesn't know enough about them by now, he never will. I swear he'd play John Terry if he could get into his shorts
I prefer it when our fans are not too confident, as nothing in football is guaranteed.
But it would be mad to underestimate City: the atmosphere will help us perform at our best, and a team having Pep as the manager and players like Rodri, KDB, Foden, Bernardo and Haaland is a frightening prospect.
Your comparison with last season is a bit misleading. The combo of Partey and Xhaka is marginally worse than any combo of Rice and some current player, if at all. Rice is a very good player but a bit overrated due to English bias. Passing wise he isn't outstanding. Havertz can't press like Jesus and isn't the greatest goalscorer either. Saliba for Holding is the big difference, but we have enough tools to hurt them even with Saliba in the team.
not great improvements, we'll batter them
We’re 5/6 and they are 14/5 and 10/3 in some places, of course they would be short to win/draw as we are to win outright, that’s 2 bets to 1 in there favour.Just checked out the odds and wow, Arsenal is as short to win/draw as we are to take all three points. The bookies certainly seem to respect them this season.
I wonder if he will have the brass neck to turn up on Sunday?Yeh thanks wastecoat.
I don’t know any arsenal fans but if I did they’d be cuntsThe Arsenal fans I know agree with this, both of them.
