Its official , Dippers fighting with Villa for turd place , we have lost three league games all season , so we would have to lose two of our last six to give the Dippers a sniff , and there will still be deluded Dippers thinking like Jim Carey in Dumber & Dumber "so i've got a chance" :)

Tonight is huge. Even though I suspect I might be writing that 5more times this is very tricky. Brighton no mugs and relaxed. And we are running tired. But if we can win it will be a huge momentum boost. Here’s hoping arsenal wobble against spurs. Both have to play spurs so that evens out. I reckon Brighton and forest are our hardest in the run in. Win both of those and it really is game on.

Klopp has clearly checked out and so have the players. I read an interesting quote earlier in which he said he tried to figure out how he felt after the Atalanta defeat and he just felt cold.

He's gone, an empty husk of a football manager.

It's not about Klopp checking out, it's about them running like mad earlier in the season and being fatigued.

Arsenal won't crumble & capitulate like Liverpool have.
I think we'll need to win every game & i think we will

They've only lost twice at home all season.
They've also dropped a load of points there, they've also won 2 games in 4 months and they are currently missing 10 first team regulars. Severely depleted, horrible form and of we can't beat them with what's at stake I'll be very surprised

People have been saying for weeks arsenal had the hardest fixtures and they couldn't see liverpool dropping anymore points.Liverpool have dropped 6 points, arsenal have already dropped 3 points, predicting anyone to win all their games at this time of the season is a fools game. There is every chance all 3 teams will still drop points.

Spurs last six games:

28th April - Arsenal (h)
2nd May - Chelsea (a)
5th May - Liverpool (a)
11th May - Burnley (h)
14th May - City (h)
19th May - Sheff Utd (a)

Villa last four games:

27th April - Chelsea (h)
5th May - Brighton (a)
13th May - Liverpool (h)
19th May - Palace (a)

Like us when go 2 up the players relax and play much better football. What teams need to do which they've been doing against us for years is stay in the game as long as possible keep it tight defend well with two banks of five and even if they 1-0 down teams will get nervous with 10mins left!

Villa could very well be crusing in that 4th spot looking at them fixtures. Have to bare in mind spurs games in hand though and one of them is against us. Hopefully Villa have secured 4th by then. Still expect a tough game against spurs they won't roll over for us like some expect.

Let’s make sure we win tonight a nice stress free comfortable one we don’t want to end up a laughing stock like Loserpool
Then we can sit back and watch Arsenal fold against Spurs

People are laughing at Liverpool mostly because they've spent close to a decade telling anyone who will listen they're the best team in the world and they have an admittedly good league winning season that was ruined by COVID, a European cup against Spurs, and a bunch of "nearly". The maudlin suffocating crowd and press have shagged their chances in Klopp's final season.
