How the fuck did a Forest player going down with a fake head injury result in them getting the ball when City were in possession when the game was stopped?

This is the twat who refereed againgt spuds and decided to play on twice until it became obvious we were on the break.

The rules says the latest to have possession gets the ball. Since the ball was still in the air after being cleared by a Forest defender, it will be theirs.

They were fair enough to return it to us immediately though.
