Don't think 1, 4, 6 & 7 deserve more than a 2. Q5 is a 9/10 thoughJust received another survey from the club and this is one of the questions. Does the question about support and loyalty and the last two deserve anything higher than a three?

Because they don't value my support, the club isn't on the same wavelength and they don't listen. Why the negativity?
Still sulking about the season ticket price increase?Just received another survey from the club and this is one of the questions. Does the question about support and loyalty and the last two deserve anything higher than a three?

Then your right to mark it down honesty best policy it's daft question as clearly on performance and results we are brilliant but loyalty it's a personal thing not something anyone should have to a business that really.diesnt value it's core base or get that most fans ( not me in this case ) have struggled for years to make ends meetBecause they don't value my support, the club isn't on the same wavelength and they don't listen.
Sorry mate but I think that’s bollocksBecause they don't value my support, the club isn't on the same wavelength and they don't listen.
Unfortunately it isn’t.Sorry mate but I think that’s bollocks
They don't even listen to the school milk monitors - sorry I mean City Matters panel - so they ain't listening to thousands of randoms filling in a survey.Got the email and deleted without reading it. The club have no interest in my opinion, or your opinion whatsoever.
When I made a very serious complaint last season the club didn't take seriously, I told them I might not renew my season ticket if it wasn't resolved.Because they don't value my support, the club isn't on the same wavelength and they don't listen.
Wow!When I made a very serious complaint last season the club didn't take seriously, I told them I might not renew my season ticket if it wasn't resolved.
The club employee's reply was "someone else will have it mate".
Said everything I needed to know.
Don’t understand the negativity amongst some City “fans”? Before the current owners arrived we were a mid table at best/ relegation dogfighting team. After the many millions/billions spent by those owners we are now probably the best team in the world. What is it you want? Yeah I get it that season ticket prices have increased just like they have at almost every other club, who don’t get the success we are now enjoying, and for just about everything we buy. That’s the way of the world today. I say thank you Sheikh Mansour from the bottom of my heart.
Yep. It’s a ‘we communicate and consult with our fans on a regular basis. What they have to say is important to us’ bollocks. They don't even listen to the school milk monitors - sorry I mean City Matters panel - so they ain't listening to thousands of randoms filling in a survey.
Yet another box ticking exercise.
It's about fans feeling the club not just takes us for granted, but takes advantage of our loyalty.Don’t understand the negativity amongst some City “fans”? The club are in the business of making money. It’s just the way they go about it upsets the fans. As Johny Mars Bar has said, the attitude is if you don’t like then fuck off.Lol 'City ignore me'.
I throw their fan engagement emails in the bin. Surely there's a link?
Probably a bit disingenuous, but the club are in the business of making fans happy, money depends upon it. I can't see a reason they would piss off the fans intentionality.
Anyway, after the ride we've had I'm happy with the club.
It's possible to perform well on the pitch, and not treat your "legacy fans" with contempt.Don’t understand the negativity amongst some City “fans”? That's the same attitude at every club, surely? And they're not winning titles and trebles for the fans. The club are in the business of making money. It’s just the way they go about it upsets the fans. As Johny Mars Bar has said, the attitude is if you don’t like then fuck off.
