I am genuinely confused as to why the players and manager are so upset with the fans having a good time.

If they cared that much maybe they shouldn’t have been so shit recently?

Clearly deflected from a team made failure.
Also seriously why did Bentancour have such a hissy fit? Pathetic behavior imho

My missus is a Spurs SC holder. She was due to go to the game but was ill. She suggested I go. I turned down the offer. I honestly could not sit among Spurs fans while watching us play a crucial game. There is no way I would be able to control myself. I am a weed so would likely get my head kicked in.

In a way I am gutted I didn't go but then I still have my teeth and look good ;)

Had a rather large brandy to enjoy the match but needed a serious refill at half time. Another very large one to come down after the game and still woke up bolt upright at 3 am wired.

Glad to have been at the game (many thanks to @Oldtraffordblue1). It wasn't pretty at times but the team being a bit tense was understandle; however, they had the balls to get it done, again.

Now they need to deliver twice more to achieve something quite incredible.

I find it hilarious how people are calling spurs fans bitter etc. If we was in that similar scenario with United I would 100% be happy for us to lose that game.

I wouldn't want us to lose if we were in spurs position to deny united, especially as spurs haven't won a trophy (FA Cup) for 25 years. I understand their bitter rivalry with Arsenal but had they beaten us they'd have had a slim chance of finishing top 4 with Villa having to play an in form Palace. As much as I can't stand united I want us to win every game whatever the scenario.

RAWK are really happy at City's win last night. I think they mean that we have a team full of stars. They call them asterisks for some reason.

The talk of asterisks is what I live for. You know they're hurting when they've decided to not recognise any trophies coz they've been too shit to win them. He also helped set up the first goal, winning a challenge he had no right to. His contribution to City winning that game was huge imo, and his composure when getting kicked all over the park was commendable.

I said before the game our poor record at their stadium needs to be got out of our system but I'm just wondering in the 1st half if it did get into the players heads a little - if so they showed remarkable mental strength in the 2nd half to go on and get the result

Has there been a single red card for foul play this season? I don’t mean two yellows, I mean a straight red. Not just in games featuring us but across the league. It seems people are allowed to foul with absolute impunity and the worst they’ll get is a yellow. It’s a bloody farce.

It must be some directive from Howard Webb/SKY. Keep 22 men on the field at all times

I remember the 4 - 0 against Leeds and although I loved the goals and the win that day I hated that United might go on to win the league, but luckily that year they fucked up and Leeds still came top.

I get why Spurs fans wanted us to beat them. I thought some of them singing bluemoon and stuff was funny. However, I do think they should have been a little more low key about it inside their stadium. Openly rooting against your team in your stadium is kinda awkward.

Oh, spot on. They simply cannot deal with Klopp not being the best, and their team not being the best: there has to be an asterisk because acceptance is something they cannot do...EVER.

My biggest peeves. Every team has players that do this - and it is infuriating. I can't believe the refs fall for it every time.
