I've just discovered the problem with Rooneys management skills. He is actually a footballing genius however he has trouble getting his messages across. I've just tried listening to him as a pundit and I swear he can't talk English.

Reading between the lines of what's been said in this thread...

BigFatWayne often turned up to 'work' very, very hungover to the extent that he also often took a nap whilst at work.
He didn't do any of the coaching, nor did he have any real input in what was being coached.
To add to that he is also a moron who is unable to speak using words with more than 2 syllables and often mixes up words which have totally different meanings but sound a little bit alike....
