1. Loads of lads I grew up with don't take life very seriously.
2. Some people who overlap with that, are really succeptible to time wasters who make them feel a certain way
3. But believe me, they, the talkers of the movement, the organisers. They are life's great time wasters. Incredibly boring, insistent on taking everyone round and round in the same circle. Actually making things good, would break the spell. Part of it is making everyone else want to die rather than listen any more. Just being awkward and stopping the work getting done gets you attention. People will think, something in these people needs to be listened to. In some cases that's fair enough. In others, oof. These people are life long time wasters. They will never be happy. The more you indulge them, the bigger the problems get, because that's the whole strategy. It's passive aggressive energy vampire stuff. Pretty normal to find this in humans. You just hope some of them find happiness / meaning in another way.

Conclusion - Watch out. The reformers who stick about, are about to get BORING. Very, very boring. Stop acting outraged. They are literally doing it to waste your time and get attention.
