146 available as of this afternoon.Do we know how many?
Many blocks just have one seat available in them.

It’s our first game in 132 tomorrow after 20+ years in 235 as we’ve been moved downstairs because of the building work. All together in a little block.
Possibly a coach party cancelled?
Are we going to get this all season again JRB? The game sold out on the opening day, these are returns / exchange tickets. Can’t believe this hasn’t sold out.
First home game of the season after beating Chelsea 0-2, Gundo is back, presentation on the pitch, and City are still selling tickets a day before the match.
It doesn’t bode well for an 8000 seats.
It’s pretty much sold out. Less than 0.3% of available tickets remaining, most will be relisted tickets. Can’t believe this hasn’t sold out.

The convoluted way they’re selling the tickets doesn’t help. All this week they’ve been releasing rows and rows of tickets, they’ve been held back for something, but releasing them in the week of the game is just daft.Of course we are. ;-)
I know it sold out initially. I get told that every time I post a similar post.
But there’s tickets still left.
The sold, sold out seat exchange tickets should have sold out as well by now.(3 sold out’s in 1 sentence. :-) )
There is no reason at all why there should be 1 ticket left for sale, never mind 146 tickets left for sale, and that’s with a slight reduced capacity due to the North stand construction work.
And before I get pelters, I hope it does sell out twice by 3pm tomorrow. Then I will be even more happier seeing City play, Gundo presented, and every seat at the Etihad sold. :-)
Whether you like it or not if only exchange seats are left then the games sold out.Of course we are. ;-)

That’s not what is happening though, for most of last season it was odd seats popping up here and there and they were getting snapped up quickly, there wouldn’t be 150 exchange tickets on sale at any one time if they were selling regularly.Whether you like it or not if only exchange seats are left then the games sold out.
We've no idea when tickets are listed you could check at 9am and there be 150 seats showing, and check again at 3pm and there be 149 showing, but in that period we could have sold 1000 tickets.
Stop. Just stop.Of course we are. ;-)

You do my fucking head in when you do this shit. The game sold out weeks ago. Aren’t you capable of learning every time you get told? Can’t believe this hasn’t sold out.

Stop it.
It’s like his brain is incapable of computing the seat exchange system. God almighty. Can I like this another ten times?
Ticketing is complicated. There are coach parties. There are corporate. There are seats reserved. There are credit cards that bounce. There are comps. Every single game these are returned and come up and get bought. It’s good ticket management by the club. The stadium will be full tomorrow like it was every game last year and will be every game this season. Apart from a few no shows who have to buy a season ticket to ensure they don’t miss the big games and can’t be arsed reselling it or passing it on.That’s not what is happening though, for most of last season it was odd seats popping up here and there and they were getting snapped up quickly, there wouldn’t be 150 exchange tickets on sale at any one time if they were selling regularly.
The club holding back rows and rows of tickets and only releasing them the week of the game hasn’t helped. They make some bizarre decisions at times.
I disagree, seats are selling quickly just people are listing them just as quickly. Look how quick the rows and rows you mentioned sold. I'm certain people look at a block and see one seat, check the same block an hour late with one seat and don't realise it's not the same seat. That’s not what is happening though, for most of last season it was odd seats popping up here and there and they were getting snapped up quickly, there wouldn’t be 150 exchange tickets on sale at any one time if they were selling regularly.
