Very similar to mine actually, along with the nice pint of IPA. The only differences would be that the bread would be homemade Irish brown soda bread and the relish would be Ballymaloe relish. The rest is all the same.

Damn, I'm hungry now...;)

My mom used to make a torta, more colloquially known in my family as a Mexican Steak Sandwich. French roll, steak sliced very thin, guacamole (Haas avocados, lime, garlic, salt and pepper -- the only proper guac), refried beans with melted cheddar cheese, and thin-sliced Vidalia onions. I still make them once in a while as a treat.

Would be my last meal if I had to choose one.
