I had a look a minute ago to look at it and my season ticket had disappeared.

Flick the screen up, go to ‘Expired Passes’ and reinstall your season ticket.

Mine then still had Brentford on it so I went into the ‘i’ and turned ‘Automatic Updates’ off and then on again.

It’s now showing the Inter ticket.

Try tapping the ticket, then press the three dots in the circle (top right):



And turn Automatic Updates off, wait a minute, and turn them on again:

Has anyone else not had their cup scheme ticket processed? Mine is in reservations tab but it says not to confirm the reservation as these are processed in 'due course'

Had email to say cup scheme payment taken, but ticket still shows Brentford. I'll panic if it's still like that on Wenesday morning.

Please. Does ticket transfer mean just those on family and friends or to a pal who is not on our scheme.

A transfer has to be to someone on F&F. You can add anyone with a supporter number though (which are free to obtain from the official website).

You can force a refresh by toggling automatic updates off and on after pressing the 3 dots. It changed it to Inter for me.

Yeah it is, sorry, should have said. Not sure how you can force a refresh on Android, but hopefully someone will be along soon.

In the middle of speaking to the club for anyone in the same situation, Android have to restart phone and it should update, mine hasn't though.
