I suspect Gundo will be first choice for the DM role as before. For me I think the only other players that could play there are Kovacic, Bernardo , Rico and Akanji.

I don’t think Stones is good enough in tight spaces, he is very good moving into space but can’t see him playing DM

It's not likely Rodris been calling them and City haven't confirmed it. No doubt it's not great but it could be meniscus which is 8 weeks. The only hope I have is that he walked onto the pitch at full time. That would be unusual as if an ACL as his leg would have swollen up making that impossible. Will know soon enough

It's just gut feel based on the weight and plurality of rumours. A sense that when so many are reporting it, these things tend to be right.

No one is at the level of Rodri, but Stones is a very intelligent player and can certainly do a job as a dm. Obviously the main concerns about Boulders is keeping him fit.
