Didn't Boris Johnson do a column about how it was woke to ban "Delilah"?Meanwhile Jess Phillips the minister for Domestic Violence was filmed last night singing karaoke at the Labour party conference. Her choice of song " Baby hit me one more time"
The lack of self awareness of this lot and their followers on here is off the scale.

Along with Riyad Mahrez, David Beckham and Kyle Walker. If you are a centrist, he must be on the left.
That's really shocking. The whole govt should resign because of this and let us have the nice honesty Tories backMeanwhile Jess Phillips the minister for Domestic Violence was filmed last night singing karaoke at the Labour party conference. Her choice of song " Baby hit me one more time"

I don’t analyse my political stance on the left-right dimension. I espouse a range of policies which none of our parties currently support and which cannot be characterised as left or right. Are you on the left? I'm genuinely interested
I laugh at Aphex who is in the BNP but is left wing.I don’t analyse my political stance on the left-right dimension. I espouse a range of policies which none of our parties currently support and which cannot be characterised as left or right.
As a result, I laugh at people like Starmer (ex DPP) and his chancellor Reeves (BoE orthodox) who are in the Labour Party but are right wing.
It’s arrogance mate.Meanwhile Jess Phillips the minister for Domestic Violence was filmed last night singing karaoke at the Labour party conference. Her choice of song " Baby hit me one more time"

Exactly thisThese revelations remind me more and more of the joke about the Barber who is doing Community Service.
The first day a florist has his hair cut and the barber refuses payment as he is doing community service. The next day the barber finds a bunch of flowers and a thank you card.
The next day a policeman had his hair cut, barber refuses payment again, next day a box of doughnuts on his doorstep.
The next day a Member of Parliament had his hair cut, barber explains again and refuses payment.
The following day there is a queue of a dozen Members of Parliament waiting for a free haircut.
That folks is the fundamental difference between the ordinary citizens of our country and the people who run our country unfortunately.
I had such high hopes, you'd think at my age I'd realise it doesn't change. :-(

Exactly this
I haven't voted for 20+ years because they're all the same. Nothing I've seen yet from Starmer and his minions has even begun to hint it might be different this time.
it's been a long long time since there was any altruism amongst the top echelons of any political party of influence. A long long time.A number of people said this “they’re all the same” before the election and were roundly shouted down on here. Evidence so far is those shouting down are now arguing about different shades of the same rather than true behavioural deviations from the previous government.
