I don’t see how it’s a win for the PL showing that APT is necessary. I don’t think we were arguing against that as a concept (I may be wrong tho) I thought we were just arguing their APT process is unlawful and it needs a better one. Again, could be very wrong about that

They're just spinning the verdict. I've no objection to having rules around APT and PSR as long as they're applied equally to all 20 clubs, and I suspect that's City's view as well.
