City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

but could clubs use shareholder loan as legitimate revenue until now for PSR purposes? I dont think so , so what does it change if its under APT scope now?
if it was possible until now couldnt have Barcodes do a big loan rather than Saudi sponsors which PL wants to limit the shit out of it?

The start date will be impossible to identify, but as of now, the ‘market value’ interest on share holder loans will hit clubs PSR.

@slbsn has pulled this bit from the verdict.

It really is disgraceful isn't it. Other clubs directly contacting the PL to immediately amend the rules to restrict competition.

Fuck me. Cartel is plain sight. Not even attempting to be covert about it. The arrogant cunts.

I tell you, the Agenda Thread will be wanking in its fucking grave.

Jesus, the fucking world's going to implode when we get found not guilty on the 115 isn't it.

Going through all this shit because the old guard really didn't want the new boys taking over, which is basically what the last 16 years boils down to. FFP, PSR blah blah blah. Wasn't a fucking problem on the 30th August 2008 was it.

They fucking shat their pants when little old City dropped a fucking wedge on Robinho.
It wasn’t a problem on 31st August 2008 either!

I alluded to your points in the last paragraph earlier. It's as good as proved a stitch up by the premier league against us. Surely no court, civil or legal would entertain anything else they have charged us with? They have proved to be corrupt.
All of this talk of us being cheats and financially doping, yet all the while we have teams disguising equity investment as interest-free loans that don't need to be repaid.

Part 2 to come next, compensation for lost revenue, wonder what deals the PL scuppered?
"The two sponsorship deals, with First Abu Dhabi Bank and another with Etihad Aviation Group, were blocked unfairly, the panel found, as the Premier League did not give City all of the information used for its decisions in time for them to respond."

Can we sue them for non-cooperation?

The PL amateurs get their comeuppance, the red cartel know the writing’s on the wall and the shitty little clubs who endorsed the tyranny of the majority deserve their never ending lives grubbing around in the shadows

Fuck Brentford
Fuck Bournemouth
Fuck Fulham
Fuck Wolves
Fuck West Ham

Good luck to Chelsea Newcastle and Everton

This screams 'out of court settlement' discussions are currently taking place to me (which is to be expected tbf)? Premier League will want this to go away so will need to play ball, but if not, the panel will decide on damages (and if an injunction against any offensive rules are necessary to strike them from the rulebook).

My guess is City have said they want them if successful (which they were), and the PL said let's talk first...
  1. Injunctive relief and damages are also sought. We reserve our jurisdiction to grant such relief. We do not so in this Award because we heard no submissions as to such relief and in any event we consider that the Parties should have the opportunity to consider what, if any, further relief is appropriate in the light of our conclusions.
