Can't see me ever starting haha.I haven’t finished reading the full judgement yet
I refer you to a previous comment. The **** is completely clueless. He is a complete fucking charlatan.
Congratulations on your job at the bbcCan't see me ever starting haha.
OfAgreed. At some point the penny has to drop that in an effort to stop City and then Newcastle two other clubs have had points deducted, another club showed up the inadequacy of the rules as drafted and we now have a ruling that cites the latest APT rulings are illegal and that the PL is abusing its authority.
Additionally, the free ride other clubs were getting via shareholder funding has now been deemed unfair and discriminatory. Chuck in the millions spent on legal fees and it’s not exactly a ringing endorsement of Masters stewardship.
To be fair it has been bleeding hilarious so I’ll give him that much.
if I worked for an organisation and kept spending their money on court cases I keptHe is of absolutely no use to us at all. We don't need him, as this outcome clearly demonstrates.
He won't be allowed to continue for long as this a serious and critical decision against the PL and the favoured clubs.
Why should he be paid for being a **** and an incompetent one at that - serious question ?
I think they'll sue the PL for the difference in Prize money they lost. Looking at 50 million between them.Forest and Everton should be awarded their points back.
XL for this fat **** please!I am getting these shirts printed in all sizes for my pop up City apparel shop ahead of the Wolves game. ;-)

I just found a can of Guinness in the fridge. It’d be rude tonight not to raise a glass to our owner, chairman, board and legal team who have worked hard on this and continue to do so on the 115/129/130 charges.Shit - wasn't going to drink tonight!
If there was any doubt, it’s 100% clear that Arsenal are scum! From an Arsenal perspective this isn't great for us. The main ruling I see from this that impacts us is the fact that club owners can't give the club loans without having fair market value interest charged.
At present the Kroenkes loan the club £250m and as football is a risky business I'd say fair market value interest rates are around 8% so that's an extra £20m that needs to be factored into FFP moving forward.
In a nutshell.Well, well, well.
Firstly, the stones on City for taking this fight on when already in the midst of the other fight, is hugely commendable and shows the level of intelligence and competence at the club.
Second- we talk on here of conspiracies and “the cartel”. Well, today is all the proof we need we’ve been right for the last decade and more.
Third, yet another example of the PL making rules up as it goes along, at the behest of a a few select favourites. Even when those rules are unfair and unlawful.
Fourth - the biggest example of “acting in bad faith” you’ll ever see. Yet these cunts have the gall to charge us with “not acting in good faith”? You couldn’t make this up.
Fifth - blind eye to the shareholder loans that a lot of these cunts are being held up by. The likes of Arsenal and Everton will be fucking shitting themselves re PSR now.
Sixth - Panja, Zeigler, Lawton and Keegan shown up as the KFAs they are and none should ever be named as “sources” on here ever again.
This is a seismic day. City have taken the cheating fuckers on and showed them up for what they are. Heroic.
What a day to be a blue.
This is what it boils down to for me.Let them report who pays compensation to who. That'll show the real winner.
How on earth do they work out that united owe £0 to their owner ?
rapidly moving indeed.Yeah, sorry - wasn’t having a pop at you for missing the post as like you say it’s a rapidly moving thread.
They were the ring leadersI think as a fan you should have been worried that the league we all play in have been proven, in a court of law to be acting illegally. That side of it doesn't bother you though as it wasn't you they was trying to discriminate against.
Only arsenal could have a russian gangster and a yank as the 2 biggest shareholders and manage to sell the club to the biggest ****If there was any doubt, it’s 100% clear that Arsenal are scum!
yes, PL spent millions on this case trying to defend unlawful rules. surely Newcastle, Everton etc has to bring it up next week meeting if not us...
