City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Wondering when the next revelations will be forthcoming on the concerted attack by PL and cabal members ?

The main protagonists of the attack are surely arsenal ( i used to think dippers / rags were, and no doubt still are part of the attack group ) and they have demonstrated an obsessive and festering desire to see City eliminated from the chase for money and trophies. Starting with their hateful 8 letter, to being instrumental in drafting the illegal shit re RPT whilst clearly benefitting from side aspects.

The constant attacks from Wenger, the approach for Arteta, and clear anger and contempt from their officials.

I hope we have the evidence to bring down Masters and his cohorts, but I especially hope that we are able to expose arsenal as the major driver.

Not arsed about their fans on any level, as they are not that relevent imo, but the owner/ management structure need to be exposed and villified for their involvement.

Not sure when we can expect any " news " from the PL/Highbury headquarters .

They use the same strategy as GPC getting all his players to share out kicking SWP. They are all at it, Rags & Dippers did the work with UEFA whilst mainly Arse & Spuds in the premier league.

What fierce rivalry they have when it’s City on their mind.

The week before the Tottenham match at home or the following week when we play Liverpool.
Nailed on.

I think Pannick has played a blinder. The APT case has shone a light into some dark corners of the PL hierarchy. This theme will be useful for elements of our response in the 115 battle. The poison pen emails which Tolmie has mentioned must help our case. Everyone knows that certain people in the PL leadership have colluded with some Club Directors to damage City and Newcastle. Now there is apparently strong evidence of that collusion.
Pannick is the KDB of the legal business. We've uncovered some of the murky background to the spiteful treatment of us. I see it like this - Microsoft/Google/Apple (equate them to whatever cartel clubs you like) have ruled IT software and hardware landscape for decades. There are other big hitters but those three are the cartel. If a proper rival emerged, they'd be colluding with each other and looking at ways to prevent them reaching their level. That's what's happening to us. We're taking on the cartel and the cartel is trying to screw us over with stolen, tampered with and out-of-date non-evidence. And the case we've just won illustrates that the Prem's foundations are built on wet sand.

It's kind of happened already with TikTok, whereby Trump wanted it sold to an American Tech company or blocked in the US, based on the claim it was being used by the Chinese Communist Party to spy on American users.

Perish the thought that a major global IT platform be anything but US owned. But let's not mention Facebook & Cambridge Analytica. \0/

Power corrupts, & where the PL's concerned, too much of it is concentrated in the hands of too few...

There's an article in the Telegraph saying that a new meeting has been arranged for Tuesday, it doesn't say which one!

No doubt whichever is the most helpful for the gooner shithouses to try and influence.

Masters will be told in due course when his input is needed next.

The premier league either brought in ATP for sinister reasons or to stop people circumventing PSR that’s not the same as the rules being so linked as to me the same or so similar that one being unlawful that the other is especially when in theory ATP can be re worked
The judgement in our case seems quite clear that the PL brought in the APT rules because the cartel were claiming we were ignoring the rules on declaring related party transactions. The only problem with that, as has been said on here recently, is that there is no interpretation of the relevant accounting standard where Etihad is a related party.

The PL could try to show Etihad is caught by IAS 24. That presumably would have to be decided by the tribunal in the 115 Case or by a specific action. Good luck with that.
UEFA tried this but it never went anywhere due to the settlement of our first case.
