Because him and Keys are cunts. Keys was at it a couple of years ago when suggesting to Wenger that City should've just paid whatever Tottenham were demanding for Harry Kane. Wenger refused to let him reel him in and stood firm on his view that while we have a lot of money, we're also a very well run club and if we feel the price is too high then we'll walk away. Keys looked absolutely gutted that Wenger refused to slag us off.

Once removed from the toxic north London atmosphere Wenger's opinions did change somewhat. He now sees no problem with owners like our owner, who put money into the game for the good of the game and the community but considers that (American?) hedge funds are the problem, out to make big profits and take money out of the game.
