The job is to be in touching distance of his oppo. Running into mid, when you're not the quickest is going to lead to problems.

It was a quick turnover, and because stones was slow to react Rico didn't know whether to go to solanke or stay on Werner and he ended up doing neither. It's not all on his positioning imho

Just the same as nearly all other games played this season. Wide open at the back, one shot = goal, sloppy in possession and little to no goal threat, just playing a better team than most we have faced in the PL so far.
