Because we play slower, end up with 10 players in the last 40 yards of the pitch...and so if we give it away we are immediately turned around. It's not complicated. It is frustrating.

Missing Rodri I'd say as well. He sweeps up and cuts out counters. We don't have player right now that can do that.

Just sums up this season, either we concede first and have to chase the game or we score first and keep missing chances and allow the opposition to stay in the game, we can't have a comfortable game against anyone no matter how shite they are and this Sporting team is utter shite, it's just so frustrating.

Bernardo and Kova have both been very poor. We should be up. Overall played decent. JSP should have done better for the goal. Needs to settle a bit.

The sooner you get to 2 or 3 nil the quicker the game is over

11 shots to 3 and 9 corners to nil and yet our usual failings in putting the ball in the net and killing games off.
Just not enough players in the squad who can put the ball in the net and with Haaland not being his usual self of late, we struggle in games

Good half but we should have scored more. The drop off in physical intensity from Bournemouth to Sporting Lisbon is marked. They’ve got some technically gifted individuals, for sure, but so far in this revamp only Internazionale has felt like two boxers near the same weight.

We've been all over them and could easily have led by three. Overall a much more City-like performance.

Same problems rearing its head. All season we can’t stop counter attacks. Leads to us holding onto the ball too long.
